This week, I had the pleasure of attending an incredible event in Barcelona, thanks to @turksintech 🚀
It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with friends from the tech industry and engage in insightful conversations about the ever-evolving world of startups, layoffs, and the unique business landscape in Barcelona, Catalonia and Spain.
One of the most exciting aspects of the event was the chance to discuss the challenges and triumphs of startups—those that are striving to succeed and those that face the harsh realities of the market. These discussions provided valuable perspectives on the resilience and adaptability needed in today’s tech ecosystem.
Beyond business, the event was also an excellent setting for discussing life in Barcelona and the cultural dynamics of the region. The intersection of different perspectives made for an enriching exchange, reinforcing the importance of a strong, collaborative community.
For me, this gathering was not just an event but the beginning of something greater. The seeds of a vibrant, supportive network have been sown, and I am eager to participate in more such gatherings in the future. It’s inspiring to be part of a vision as ambitious as the Global Turkish Tech Community’s goal: 20 unicorns founded by Turkish entrepreneurs in 20 years – 20🇹🇷20🦄.
I’m leaving some photos here as a keepsake of this memorable experience and looking forward to what’s ahead. Here’s to building a strong and innovative tech community!
